Our next meeting will feature Lindsay Bariani, an outreach specialist with PACE WelbeHealth, where they provide specialized compassionate care for seniors living with Parkinson's and other complex health conditions. Their all-inclusive approach combines medical care, therapy, social services, and personalized support to help participants manage symptoms, maintain independence, and improve quality of life. They focus on dignity, connection, and whole personal care, ensuring individuals and their families feel supported every step of the way.   We hope that you will join us.
