Hello Arden Arcade,
We want to send this email out pursuant to what we talked about today at the support group regarding the upcoming educational PANC conference occuring October 18, 2025. As many of you know this is one of the biggest conferences we have each year that is a great opportunity to learn about new education, socialize, and receive a ton of information. This year our support group received a very generous donation from St. Michael's and one of the ways we would like to use some of these funds is by paying for four tickets for four of our support group members to attend this conference. 🎉
With this being said we have guidelines below on this drawing will work:
1. In order to be eligible for the ticket you must be apart of the Arden Arcade support group.
2. You must plan on attending the PANC conference whether it be in person or virtually.
3. To put your name in the drawing you must email it to
[email protected] by the deadline which is August 15, 2025. Names will only be put into the drawing that are received at that email address by August 15, 2025 anything sent in after will not be eligible. Your name can only be entered once so please only email your name one time.
4. In order to win you must be present at the August meeting which is August 28, 2025. If you are not in attendance then you will not be able to receive your prize and a new name will be drawn. There are four chances to win and if a name is drawn and the person is not present we will draw again until we have four present winners.
5. KelliAnn has an app where she will put the names into a spinning wheel and draw live on her laptop at the August meeting.
6. Once our winners are selected we will work with them directly on if they want the in person or virtual PANC ticket option and how to register them.
7. Our winners will also agree to a photo op, in which we will work with them individually, to take a picture with a thank you note to be given to St. Michaels so we can share with them some of the ways their grant has positively impacted our group.
7. This cannot be redeemed as a cash prize and cannot be gifted nor transferred to another individual.
